CAGR = [(Final Value ÷ Initial Value)^(1÷Years) − 1] × 100
Future Value = Initial × (1 + CAGR÷100)^Years
CAGR smooths out fluctuations to show a constant rate that would produce the same end result. It does not imply the investment grew at this exact rate every year.
